Ketlane Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 There are claims that there is someone called Chrystal Chantal Lear out there.... When I was at school the music teacher was Mr Singh and the catering mananger Mr Cook (but that opens up a whole new line of nominative determinism)
bladedanny Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 (edited) There's a Bill Board out there too. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/7909561.stm Edited February 11, 2011 by bladedanny Add BBC link

LiamH Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 My old teacher at college was a Michael Hunt no word of a lie and he used to shorten his first name...
tech_guy Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 (edited) I was asked to investigate a suspicious / abusive email at my last place that my boss had received and on first inspection in did look dodgy - there was an email in her inbox from a d###head@#######.com (hashes used to protect the individual/company). It turned out it was genuine and that was the email address that the guy had set up for himself, a Mr. Richard Head.... It was back in 1998 and we weren't all as tech-savvy and worldly-wise as we are now I guess! Edited February 11, 2011 by tech_guy
RabbieBurns Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 i took a call once, and when i asked for the persons name, they said it was Mr. G. Obee.. I ended the call with calling him Mr Gob. Thought he was spelling it out to me.. wanst untill the follow up email I realised my faux pas.
