I've know two people called Richard Head and one called Richard Bird.

I also know a P Green (she swore she would call her children Jade and Emerald)

But the best?:

Luke Warmwater!

I used to work with someone called Richard Head.

My Dad used to know someone called Richard Head. Did you know him from being in Swindon by any chance?

There are claims that there is someone called Chrystal Chantal Lear out there....

When I was at school the music teacher was Mr Singh and the catering mananger Mr Cook (but that opens up a whole new line of nominative determinism)

I was asked to investigate a suspicious / abusive email at my last place that my boss had received and on first inspection in did look dodgy - there was an email in her inbox from a d###head@#######.com (hashes used to protect the individual/company).

It turned out it was genuine and that was the email address that the guy had set up for himself, a Mr. Richard Head....

It was back in 1998 and we weren't all as tech-savvy and worldly-wise as we are now I guess!

i took a call once, and when i asked for the persons name, they said it was Mr. G. Obee..

I ended the call with calling him Mr Gob. Thought he was spelling it out to me.. wanst untill the follow up email I realised my faux pas.
