It is quite interesting from a psych point of view. There was a study that showed in a large crowd everyone expects someone else to step forward to help & until one person does, no one does. Classic example here, people were doing things, you can hear someone on the phone to the police, but it took someone to step in before everyone rushes forward. & it is a noticeable everyone.

 

Top lady though. Hope she gets a nice pressie from the shop, although being a proper old school lass she'll probably shy away from any recognition.

You forgot the bingo as well. I was talking to my mate yesterday and we got on about his gran being 83. He said she's at the bingo twice a day, 7 days a week, but she's got all her buttons so it must do something for her.

to be fair, their getaway vehicles were mopeds. you could have let them ride off and just walked next to them

 

its a shame that white van didnt get them properly, he should have just knocked it in reverse and wiped em out. i'd gladly get a few dents on my car to clear scum like that off the street

Nowadays it seems that the first reaction to something like this is to start filming/taking pictures and then afterwards to call the Police!

To be quite fair to whoever was filming, that's damned good evidence for the court that would be otherwise unavailable.
