Started with my nice quiet village and reassuringly low crime rate.

 

Then typed in city school. I have never seen a website cry before.

just to put it into perspective, where i live now, 198 crimes in the last month, where i used to live in london; 1877 crimes in the last month, including 222 violent crimes

Most are violence and 'other' crimes (this being drug use then, knowing my area...)

Apparently, Glovers Court in Preston is the worst street in the country! I used to live next to there and drink in the Wellington regularly (it also does a great curry at lunch) and never saw a thing in all the time I was there: BBC News - New government website singles out Glovers Court

To be fair, what has happened is that the site has located it as the centre for the PR1 postcode, and there is an area nearby that you really wouldn't want to live in.

I'll take you all in there at the next conf

I looked at that, but there was no extra info... possibly meaning it is too serious to mention. The news said that specifics would be kept secret to protect identities (Rape, murder etc etc).
