Remote Support Package???

Somebody mentioned a package that you could configure, send out to someone and then you can do remote support for that person. Can find it on the search though. Somebody enlighten me I need to fix my mothers PC in Oz.

Ultravnc is also very good for this but it means you have to set up your own machine as a host server and then build a exe that someone can download. i run it to give remote support options to my private business customers.
