I'll ask the boss man and the IS person if it's OK for to take a few screen shots and post them.... not sure if that'd break any agreement made when we started using though... I'll ask and get back to you

penfold_99 Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 cover.net isn't avaliable until capita have finished writing the training material, this is shedule for release in the middle of july as we have out staff booked on courses then. Once the training is complete capita will release a patch that wil unlock cover.net. The previous carousel function was remove as it didn't write back to nova.
PhilNeal Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Roll out depends on your support unit. We have released Cover and there are training notes available. Support units will need time to get on top of the software.
