Seeing as it's such a nice day here in the UK, I'm just wondering if any of you UK based 'geekers have any plans for the evening?

Me, I'm off with my better 3/4 and the kids to Lytham to have fish and chips for tea on the green near the windmill on the Ribble estury then get my daughter riding her bike better. She can go, but we have to work on stopping!!

Cool .. that sounds like a plan .. I might load the cars with family and kids and go out for tea as well being such a nice evening .. not entirely sure where though .. I would head over to the beachy end of things, however, given the wife works over Blackpool way, I'm not too sure she'd be best pleased travelling back to East Lancs and then been taken all the way back over there .. (and I say cars as I'm not sure how many will be at home and both having Astra Bertone Convertibles means only 4 seats, so if we have a +1 of the kids or if the one that lives with his dad is over then we generally need to take both cars out ..

It's fun though, put the roof down on them both, drive in convoy over hilly country roads, it's cheaper than then pleasure beach! lol .. though they do seem to genuinely scream louder when I take my hands off the wheel to join in the fun .. go figure .. lol .. :D

EDIT: Of course, if there happens to be just 4 of us, I'll have to convince my darling wife to drive then I can have a nice pint or 3 in the sunshine too! lol ..

lol .. get yourself an antiglare screen (or some of those trendy cinema glasses with the screens built in) and sit outside to do all of the above .. though don't forget the high factor SPF if you're that adverse to the outside .. lol .. :)

lol I need the highest factored SPF I can find whenever I go out in the sun, even in this country! Hailing from the chilly north land of the Scots = very pale skin not meant to be in UV light for more than a few minutes :(

Join the club .. though I seem to be getting better ..

Having said that though, I keep getting a red forehead whenever I've got the roof down on the car because I forget .. oopsy!

Cut lawn. Make chicken coop fox-proof. Ride bike 6 miles. Drink beer. Shout at the tv for an hour. Go to bed after fiddling about with Maya for a couple of hours.

Well, the football season finished last week, which meant training started this week. Tonight is two hours of solid hardcore squash for fitness.

Golf tonight :-)

Working on getting the handicap down, currently playing off 25 but based on last weekend I'm playing to about 21 :-) Plus I'm off on a golfing weekend to Scotland in a couple of weeks so I need as much practice as I can get!!
