Our Technician out on site had to return here to collect a couple of CDs with the latest Setups folder. Wasted a couple of hours.

Not available today !!!!! You f**king kidding me!??????

Our admin staff are waiting to do EOY stuff on FMS which you can't do until you do the Update! FFS!!!!!

Not what I was told when I spoke to them this morning; first it was wait an hour at 10am, then at 11:15am I was told it would be 1pm today.

I will be venting very loudly on the phone at 1:15pm if I can't get this done today!

Hmm, I knew about SLG being worked on, but the above doesn't exactly tally with the email we got. Essentially said "working on Hosted SLG on 10th", don't upgrade to Spring until we've finished.

Just phone again..... Still not working, no ETA as of yet on the 'fix'. According to the person I've just spoken to, they are not aware of any work going on, they are fixing a problem that occured this morning. Doesn't quite tally with stuff written here.

Will try again at 3pm, and will demand to speak to a manager; this isn't on.

Latest news.

Hi,

I’m pleased to tell you that SOLUS is now back up and can be used as normal.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this downtime has caused you.

You should have all been notified in advance but this obviously didn't occur properly - we will be taking steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again and the next time you will be notified in advance.

Apologies,

Jon (Wood)

Apologies for not giving advance notice on the suspension of the SOLUS service which was due to planned maintenance. Unfortunately our man who normally posts these notices was struck down by a pretty serious illness and our process wasn’t strong enough to catch that.
