Tis a good company I use them and theres plenty of room for bartering usually.

We bought some HP Jetdirects from them when they had them on special but their prices on original toners (don't trust refils or compatibles) aren't anything too special tbh.

I have found the opposite, never any room for bartering with them, but I do only want OEM stuff from them as the compatibles from them were just soooo unreliable and poor quality I gave up with them.

I have found their compatibles to be very reliable and if you do have a problem they will send you out a replacement with no fuss.

Maybe they have improved since 2 years ago when I last used them, but I was getting replacements for replacements for replacments for replacements, and TBH they are more expensive than my current supplier at present. I use the 1st quote must be your best quote and they were quite a bit out now.
