Gatt Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Just found out that my Pay and Grading appeal was a success and, rather than being awarded a £2,500 pay cut, I have now been given close to a £1,500 increase!! Woohoo!!
teddybear Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Excellent, congrats! We went through the same, were supposed to go down loads but after our boss had some words we were OK. However, we're fighting to be regraded but won't find out until November (at the earliest) if we will be successful. 1

It's a right mess everywhere....... No one actually knows the answers when you phone personnel, confusing messages, unions not being very good. Nightmare!
