Stone computers get them from Ramesys ;)

I'll take your word for it, but as long as they offer a cheaper quote than Ramesys they can keep reselling licenses from Ramesys and I won't complain! :D

You'd think that going direct would always be cheaper, or at least I think that way.

Maybe there's some sense to it somewhere but thankfully I work using the licenses not selling them so I don't have to know.

Currently been getting pricing from WStore, Insight, Ramesys, Pugh, Phoenix, and Civica for a MS schools agreement. Gotta say thanks to Dan for beating everyone else's prices!

Until I got Dan to quote Insight were beating everyone else by a fair bit so they may be worth a shot.

Licenses should cost the same regardless of where and who you purchase from. It's not like a physical product!!! It will be like oil next and the price will rise and rise!

I've used a whole host of ones (all of which have been covered by previous posts)

The only one I've not seen that I've often had good pricing from in the past is PC World Business Licensing (I think just DSGi Licensing now?). They offered very good low pricing when I used them last.

Insight, Ramesys, Civica and Pugh have all been used by me in the past, my MS Schools Agreement went from Ramesys to Insight last year as Insight were a few hundred pounds cheaper and that was with my SSAT Discount from Ramesys taken into account!!!

As for the variance in pricing, it will be down to volume levels they sell I would guess so a small reseller probably gets less flexibility to argue with MS perhaps?
