Just had a very favourable quote for my annual printer consumables order from these people.

 

Before I go ahead and order has anyone used them at all?

 

Any comments good or bad?

Yeah - I've had some Promethean pens from there. About to order a couple of bulbs - not had any bother with them at all. My contact is Dave - he rings me up quite a lot - but as do most suppliers I've ordered from!

Our contact is Ben ... who has been a life saver on a number of occassions.

 

Then again we have a small pool of really good suppliers like that now.

just started dealing with them this month found they are really good on prices, my contact is dave also, good swift service. does ring alot though.

but now i just email him and seems to stop him ringing me up.

Dave for me, had some toners from them as well as promethean pens, much cheaper than promethean for the pens and nibs they are! No problems, and the one thing I had a problem with they were straight on to it to fix it no quibbles.

Got our new tape drive and some promethean pens from them plus a cpl of other bits.

Haven't dealt with them myself but I know their really nice guys ... well, they helped me on the very confusing (to someone who hasn't used them before!) tube system @ BETT when I asked some random guys who turned out to be IDNS if I was on the right line
