theriver Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 I was reminded of this by the 'Music In The Office' thread. While calling some manufacturer or other one day I found myself on hold, listening to some ghastly nonsense and wondered why they don't play something relevant and interesting? Myself and my support desk colleagues then spent an entertaining afternoon devising the "IT support line music-on-hold playlist". What would you put on it?

Edu-IT Posted March 14, 2009 Posted March 14, 2009 A simple beep works for me. As long as there isn't an annoying voice telling me that "My call is important and will be answered as soon as an operator becomes available" then I'm happy with most things.
