We actually have snow today, when most of the rest of the country does not!!:D

It is all across the South West, and it has been snowing heavily for some hours. No ice though, so driving isn't too bad at all.

Just hard men and women up here hehe!!!

Not soft like you Southerners, one bit of snow and the whole world has to know about it and if the temp drops to 9 Celsius well the price of Gas goes up good job we still burn candles up here to keep warm (cheaper than gas and we can make them ourselves out of animal fat and a bit of string).

Coal sacks for bedding and sheets lovely and cosy pah!! you Southerners don't know your born. ;) ;) ;)

I motorbike it to work each day from Portsmouth to Farnham. It was raining slightly in Portsmouth when I left at 7:30 this morning. I was just past Petersfield along the A3 at 8am and there were huge icy hailstones! Had to pull over as I couldnt see a thing then decided it was best to turn around and head back home! Had to ride with the visor half open otherwise I couldnt see anything - not the best conditions to be in on a bike thats for sure!

That's why a motorbike should never be a first vehicle. Have a car for main travel (luxury and safety) and a bike for fun.

That way you can pick and choose when to ride it, and still get to work safely in a car when that calls.
