The Garibaldi has to win hands down - you can even turn it in to a sandwich - get a couple of sheets of Garibaldi, spread with butter and peanut butter and bob's your uncle! Edited by tech_guy

- bite the chocolate off and then eat the center and then eat the top part

I'm sorry, but that's plain wrong in the head! :doh: You're melting the chocolate, diluting it in the tea, and you'll have a oil slick forming on the surface. NO NO NO! :eek:

 

I shall have to go and have a lie down now.... maybe after a quick mince pie.

I'm sorry but you're all wrong. I've been on this planet for 45 years now and there is only one biscuit to rule them all - the garibaldi.

 

I've travelled all over the world and eaten some bizarre things described as biscuits, but it's always great to come home to a cup of Earl Grey, a garibaldi, and British telly.

Nope. The Garibaldi is just a mean spirited, dried up, poor relative of the Eccle's Cake.

 

Which in itself is just a poor version of the splendid Chorley cake! And you can call me Susan if it isn't so!!

Please ignore all the buscuit suggestions above - they are all clearly from trolls as the true best biscuit is the Ginger Nut.

The traidcraft Stem Ginger ones are the best!

 

What about the Malted Milk biscuits with the cow on them though?

 

And KitKat Chunky Peanut butter gets my vote for chocolate bar!

As for chocy bar, well I've just uncovered my big box of Wispa's I bought eeer bout a year ago when they were coming back and I found one left in it, dilema is its out of date, do I eat it or keep it for when they vanish again and then it will accrue in value, same thing with the box it came in :D

Troll? Missed what, if anything, transpired in the last week, but that's not such an ace diagnosis and the (cliched, sorry) advice doesn't really work e.g. they did a fine enough jobs shot-gunning those posts without any interaction and for the most part are oblivious to any effects or responses. I think a better word is zealot.

 

A bit sad in one way, because the subject is one of those I think people, especially techs in this profession, ought to know a bit about. But hey, what's understanding the viewpoints (including the crusader's), legalities and politics and so on compared knowing what biscuits everyone likes...
