charlie13561 Posted September 9 Posted September 9 We are looking to use JAMF as our iPad MIS and have a question about how apps are charged. We are aware that if you use the same apple ID to buy an app then its only charged for once. If we upgrade to JAMF MIS do you buy one app licence for school or are you charged for each app installed on each device?
Rob_D Posted September 9 Posted September 9 As I recall, buying through ASM (which would be the same for any MDM) you get the number of licenses you need to cover your concurrent device installs.
3s-gtech Posted September 9 Posted September 9 We use Shared iPads, so we have them tied to Apple School and JAMF. We have to buy a license for each user (that will use the app) and assign it.
