Recommend me a decent Chromebook for a class set

Looking at getting a class set of Chromebooks.

We recently just purchased 20 x Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 14” Chromebooks. Can't fault them, and have been in circulation for a couple of months now. They also support auto updates until 2030.

So far our little darlings haven't managed to do significant damage to our Lenovo 500e - we've got Gen2 and these are less than £100 on the refurb market.

Have no problems with them at all and build quality seems good

Ivw been asked to buy a class set of 10 chromebooks with a budget of £210 per Chromebook.

 

What spec should be good enough these days? 4gb / 64gb?

We have had hundreds of Chromebooks from them and always a deal to be had.

Chromebook 100e's have been reliable apart from two with keyboard failure after about a year that were repaired very quickly under warranty.
