Looks like there is an issue with queued emails. Emails will be processed, just very slowly. Probably too many parent emails regarding the heatwave.

No, this is their internal Mail Merge system. After the email is sent it sits in the Mail Merge outbox and never starts being sent.

IVMS-4200 Opening up as a background process in Task Manager
PrimaryNetMan replied to rossibIT's topic in Cloud Services
Experiencing this on a few clients after having to reinstall the client on a few W11 machines. Was working fine before and machines that haven't been updated continue to work. Just getting 'Client is running' but nothing in task manager either. -

How to setup Papercut Mobility with my Chromebooks
PrimaryNetMan replied to Sonic007's topic in Enterprise Software
Install papercut mobility print on your print server. Select the print queues you want to publish Force install the papercut mobility print to the users you want to print along with a JSON config file. The papercut mobility print queues will appear as printers in Chrome. Regarding it needs to be a simple system for primary children, don't let them print. Better to use Google classroom, the teachers can print what they really need. -

Can now access the console again. Hopefully the deluge of Chromebook native apps being blocked is being fixed too! -

They have finally updated their status page. https://status.securly.com/ "AWS reliability issues are affecting most Securly services and APIs resulting in partial service disruption. The team are investigating." Ignore me and my slow fingers -

Securly - Performance
PrimaryNetMan replied to StephenPink's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
Performance and usability seems to have fallen off a cliff since the move to the MV3 extension. Choice seems to be blue dot overlay constantly or delays before search terms / sites are actually blocked. I have tickets open for a number of school and apparently the DevOps team are due to release an update for the Chromebook extension, [3.0.28] but no details on a release for Edge and Chrome Browser extensions. Whether this fixes the issues remains to be seen. -
