No, this is their internal Mail Merge system. After the email is sent it sits in the Mail Merge outbox and never starts being sent.

Select the print queues you want to publish Force install the papercut mobility print to the users you want to print along with a JSON config file. The papercut mobility print queues will appear as printers in Chrome. Regarding it needs to be a simple system for primary children, don't let them print. Better to use Google classroom, the teachers can print what they really need.
