I'm prepping these now for sale and before I have the pleasure of listing them on Marketplace, I thought I'd offer them here for a few days first.

They are my own personal ones, I used one as a media server and the other one was for dev work at home. Have previously run server 2012 R2 and more lately 2016. Currently, they have Ubuntu installed because of licensing.

Spec, both have Celeron G1610T @ 2.30GHz (upgradable, lots of info online about it). One has 16gb ram, the other has 4gb. Both have an ssd (480gb on 16gb unit, 120gb on 4gb unit) in the bay as a boot drive, this leaves the 4 other drive bays for storage. Both have a slim 1gb graphics card to give HDMI output. Neither have a dvd drive.

I'm checking the storage drives, not sure if I want them all to go at the moment, but the 16gb unit does have 2 x 2tb drives included.

I'll update this in the next few days, any questions feel free to PM me. Collection preferred from WR10 (South Worcestershire) as postage will be expensive.

Price-wise, I'm looking for £250ono for the pair

I have one of those at home and they are really good (a shame HP turned its replacement into a horrid VM based device).

*For a potential buyer - You can whack in a Xeon E3-1265L V2, which you can get off eBay for not many pennies, to make it even more capable.

I'll pass this on to a few of my IT/'HomeLab' lot that live close to me. We're all (circa) Kidderminster/Longbridge, etc. Not too far away from you by the sounds of things.

Best of luck on achieving a sale.

Had one at home too (the Xeon) good little servers I only sold cause I upgraded it to the hilt and still needed more ram back in the days when I used to run full AD, Veeam, MDT/WDS, etc. etc. at home for fun, lol. I still have my original N36L too which still works albeit with a replacement GPU and the looks of something that has rolled down a mountain too many times.

I have Plex, amongst other things running on mine, although I think I do need to strip it down and repaste the cpu, the fan is running a little noisy. Not done it in years, so will need doing!

Update, the lower spec one has a power fault and shuts down after a random amount of time.

Now asking for £150 for them both. Feel that's a reasonable price for the fully working one and the other is perfect for spares and probably can be fixed.

I hope you get less scammers contacting you than I did last time I listed something!

Ha, know what you mean.

Also, I hope an enthusiast wants them as let's be honest, the average user will probably not get on with these and will blame me when they "don't work".

I've currently got an Apple Studio 21" CRT on Marketplace, and it's been fun replying to the 'will you post it?' questions.

I have it listed as collect in person only as it weighs 33KG. I almost put my back out carrying it into the house!

Hopefully it will be picked up this weekend.
