Who’d have thought the creator of such a clever comic could be so stupid, as well as holding such blinkered views? Wonder where on Earth that came from.

 

Expect to not see much from his creations from now on!

It's sad isn't it, I stopped following him and dilbert a few years ago, when some of his pro Trump rants got a bit much

Yes me too. It seems strange and ironic that someone who’s comic strip is heavily based around mocking bad and arrogant managers has fallen for exactly that in Trump.

It has been an undercurrent for a long time, not in his work but on Twitter and off line instances. It is a great shame but much like Roald Dahl, sometimes creators don't have the greatest views, but still produce great work.

I wouldn't say it hasn't been in his work for the past few years... The "I identify as white" strip was a while ago.

Yeah, separating art from artist is tricky at the best of times. Easier to do when the artist is no longer around to continue beclowning themselves mind. Dilbert has certainly not been as good as it always was. Good to see this guy being hit where it hurts by the newspapers.
