I went for the U7H 55". I'm very pleased with it. However, convincing the wife is another thing - still working on it!

A caveat on Smart TVs if you have children. Some of the older version that are being sold off cheap may not have the best parental controls (if any at all), so be careful.

2k 165hz. It seems pretty decent for that money. Won't be the best but I wouldn't spend more than £180-ish on a monitor personally. It's just not worth it for me, but for that money/spec it's worth a punt.
