Plus lots of verbal along the lines of "Have you buggers blocked u-tube" or "I think the movie player thingy needs a codecy thing upgraded as it wont play" I thought it was going to be the old joke of: How do you confuse an idiot? Show them 10 shovels and tell them to take their pick! Didn't say it was going to be a good joke!!!!!
