Apparently, it broke so badly yesterday that some of the messages schools sent didn't actually send. I got an email this morning saying one of ours hadn't gone out! Not really what we need during all this.

Used it for 3Y and every snow day, without fail,the service went down. Moved to another provider and have never had a problem since. Can only imagine the stress this going down would have caused schools and staff this week.
