Papercut - Department printing - summary

I've just been looking at our PaperCut reports and when running the Department printing - summary it shows something against the "Department: [No department]" - how do I trace who did this printing?

Filter you users without a department specified in AD, I think you can report via department user in PaperCut but will need to run a scheduled report and do it that way I think.

Go into AD and create a new query at the top of your structure, use the options there to filter by department.

Ah yes I can do that - I thought you meant there was a way to filter the users in PaperCut so I could see exactly which users were in PaperCut who has a blank department field.

I don't think you can search on blank in PaperCut, you can if you know what it should be i.e. Admin. As PaperCut will be pulling from AD its easier to do it in there.

i am sure there is a report that lists users/departments - just run it to csv and sort by no department (or empty department field)
