Zourous Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I put the "service tag" in, next screen, then fill out "Issue Type" and "preferred repair type", next screen, then just get an option to "Close" and that's it! What on earth!
DWilson1997 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Found the easiest option at the moment is to whatsapp them or email [email protected] 2
TwistedHelixis Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I had a nightmare with Dell Techdirect recently. I booked 2 laptops with them in May, then contacted them by phone 3 weeks later as nobody had even emailed me. Someone did came out for one but could fix it and didn't even look at the other. A few days later I received the job has been completed emails for both. I then tried creating another job but couldn't due to some platform error, so called in and they created new jobs for me, following week, same person came out to look at just one, couldn't fix it, this time arranged for it to go back to Dell, Currier didn't turn up the next day so I contacted Dell management, who very slowly got things done, but when i say slowly I mean slooooowly. Both were warranty fixed by the end of August, so that took over 3 months. Not purchasing anything from Dell ever 1
Zourous Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago I've tried emailing our account manager that I've never spoken to. He's stuck invites in my calendar before. Let's see how helpful he might be. If that doesn't work, I'll try the [email protected] email advised.
