Safeguarding Logging Software

We have appointed a new SENCO and are looking at software solutions for logging issues. We have an access DB which needs to be binned for GDPR purposes (and it sits on an ancient SP site!)

 

She is looking at "My Concerns" or "CPOMS"

 

Any thoughts or suggestions?

We went CPOMS, does anything and everything, get them in for a demo like we did.

We went with MyConcerns. Works very well and even the most techno-phobic staff member seems able to log incidents easily.

We are looking at launching the safeguarding feature within Bromcom in September...

Have used both in the past and both work very well. I'm not up to date with Cpoms at the moment so can't comment but features I would like to see in my concern which currently aren't available are

 

-being able to whitelist an I.P for MFA

-being able enable MFA for only certain users

-ability to change timeout time(ideally for individuals bit know this is a bit of an ask)

-ability to sync staff members and not just pupils from Sims.

-ability to have some kind of right back to Sims
