If it rains on the Wednesday, can we walk across and use your front room for a picnic...? :)

Not my front room anymore! Moved down to the beach :mullet:

Just registered, now need to find somewhere to stay on Wednesday evening.

Oh, nd better ask the boss for the day off on Thursday!

It should not be a day off ... it is valuable CPD (and free to get in too!)

Just found out one of the exhibitors will be raffling off a retro games console at the conf.

More on the who and what at a later date :)

I'm really looking forwards to this now. There are still a few tickets left, and if you have any special dietary requirements and are planning to come but have not yet booked, please secure your ticket now as I have to get this information into the caterers on Monday.

You can grab your free ticket from here.

I have a severe allergy to not winning retro games consoles in raffles, just warning you now!

I've heard of some other awesome things that exhibitors are bringing, I kind of want to be first through the door to get to the amazing stuff!

I thought the concept of being a host including making sure that you left all the prizes, cake etc etc for your guests???

at least that is how I was brought up - I never do it, obviously, but my Mum would have told me off after I ate all the cake - but then the main point is AFTER I had ate all the cake

cake is cake after all

Surely I will be a beneficiary of - all the things - seeing as how we have such a special relationship?

Hold on ... when I hosted the first conferences I was excluded from taking part in prize draws ... I demand your entries as well as my own!

To coin a Simon Mayo catchphrase... Different Times ;)

Special Relationship? What are you? America? ;)

DID SOMEONE SAY CAKE?!?!?

Oh, there's always cake.. :)

Even more reason to get a ticket now! They'll be selling like hot... ... potatoes?

DID SOMEONE SAY CAKE?!?!?

I can confirm our catering department are doing lots of cakes and Danish for the event, I have personally tested all bar the coffee cake and they come highly recommended.

Sadly, they won't be doing the blue icing cake for this event. They did that once for a staff training event and after morning break everyone was wired from the additives. Made the GDPR presentation fly by though....
