How as a school do you deal with this issue? Can't say we get that many. Handful at the beginning of term normally and the usual time wasters who just want to get out of lesson on the pretext of coming over to IT Support.

We've had at least a dozen emails from students and student parents asking on their behalf already - I'm sure as this week goes on we'll get more!

How as a school do you deal with this issue? We have had about 10 today including a few teachers! We just reset them as they come through, cant do much more after a summer break.
MartinT Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I reset them as they come through (usually from a student's personal e-mail) and ask them to change it when they return in September.
