Hi

Has anyone moved from Lloydslink to Lloyds Commercial banking (not sure if it was mandatory)?

 

Are people having issues with the speed it runs at in all browsers? We have a leased line, rest of the internet is fast but some of the things on Lloyds such as the payments file upload take ages (hours). We've allowed https://commercialbanking.lloydsbank.com/ through the Sophos UTM but still have issues

 

Finance are blaming our network but I'm not convinced !

Yes, I believe we changed over.

 

I've not had reports of speed issues.

We sometimes find it slow-ish sometimes. But this week it has seemed particularly bad.

When you say it takes hours, have you tried uploading the payments file then going to the payments management page and hitting refresh? I think there’s a confirmation dialogue that comes up when you upload a file, clear that off first.

We moved over (mandated, iirc) last year... no problems with speed for us.

Friday afternoons can be a bit slow like lloydslink, but yes everyone with lloydslink are being moved over. Have a watch out for the changes with bacs and faster payments csv files when exporting from your finance software.

I also had to also override the MITM https decryption.
