Can anyone give me a list of VM resellers, or the one you use? Typing this while on hold as customer services tries to phone the public sector department at VM, after the number on their website didn't work. 13 mins and counting

Likewise we can do all Virgin Media leased lines as we have direct interconnects to them.

 

I have heard from others that Virgin aren't the easiest to work with direct.

This. From personal experience, ANYTHING is a better experience than trying to deal with Virgin Business direct.

We went to VM through Excellgroup as our provider. Good news was that we retained or public ip addresses by remaining with the same provider even though we effectively move to VM
