Vsauce1/2/3 are very good, focus on making complicated science understandable. Good delivery, if some rather niche subjects. Few example videos include: What if the moon was a discoball, what is the average day everyone will die, what if the sun vanished, and perhaps my favorite: what if the Earth was flat.
