robyholmes Posted October 1, 2019 Posted October 1, 2019 Fixed now, please post on EWP bug tracker Hi Mate, Still reporting me as spam, sorry. The bug was basically that our exam officer managed to get the pop up toolbar over the top of the text. By the look of it when using the numbered list? I've attached the screenshot. Thanks, Rob PS: Great software! Thank you
k9mjl Posted October 1, 2019 Posted October 1, 2019 Dot net 4.8 cannot be removed. I looks like your script is focusing on 4.7 somewhere.

But what I can say is who the popup location is determined. As soon as you left go of the mouse click, so on mouse up, the quick formatting popup appears top right of the cursor. Are you saying the popup window is not appearing wher it should be?
k9mjl Posted October 2, 2019 Posted October 2, 2019 (edited) Dot net 4.8 cannot be removed. I looks like your script is focusing on 4.7 somewhere. I have gone back to the original 1903 image and .NET 4.8 is a standard item, this seems to be confirmed by Microsoft https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/jagbal/2019/05/30/what-version-of-the-net-framework-is-included-in-what-version-of-the-os/ We would like to upgrade to V3 but with the current problem we cant, all our computers have a fresh 1903 build so we cant install .NET 4.7.2 Edited October 2, 2019 by k9mjl

Report back soon. 1

jthompson Posted October 14, 2019 Posted October 14, 2019 Just getting this setup for use here and noticed a couple of things in v3.0.3.0: If I zoom all the way out in the Backup History screen, I get an unhandled exception error. Also, I have PrintCoverSheet set to 1 in the config, but it doesn't seem to take effect. When I print the document, the cover sheet doesn't get included (I can still print it separately, though).

I can fix the zoom issue. The cover sheet will only print out if you press the cover sheet print button. It was split away from the main print on purpose to fix printing issues that appeared in v2. Setting print cover sheet to 0 should disable the print cover sheet button. 1

cmilton Posted October 30, 2019 Posted October 30, 2019 First of all, just want to say thanks for Exam Writepad! It's a fantastic piece of software. Just wanted to report an issue I'm having with it (not a major one). So, if I create a document with single line spacing and then go to print where double line spacing is applied as default, the software doesn't account for the new page count so anything that spills over to the next page isn't printed. We have workarounds, such as applying double line spacing to the document before printing, but I thought I'd mention it. Thanks!
