Does anyone know of a program that can convert Smart Notebook (V10) files to powerpoint?

I know that Notebook has an export to Powerpoint option, but it doesn't work (probably because 10.8 is an old version of Notebook and we're running Office 2016 with VBA installed)

We're probably ditching old smartboard for touchscreens but have quite a lot of old notebook files to convert.

Yeah I did think about trial versions, but ideally we'd like to allow a whole department of staff (approx 6 people and 10 PCs) the chance to convert them at their own pace!

Did you find a solution to this? I'm in the situation now where I want to convert all .notebook files to PowerPoint 2016 so Smart Notebook can be completely removed from the network.

No solution as yet, looks like we might have to buy a copy of the latest version purely to save the important ones out as PowerPoints. At least then we’ll be shot of proprietary stuff like this.

Thank you for confirming, may have to go down this route as well then.

What worked for me - Install Office 2010 on the machine that has Smart Notebook 11 on it, selecting all options. Then upgrade that to Office 2016. All Office 2016 features work as per normal but whatever got left behind by Office 2010 has allowed the Smart Notebook exports to work :)

Does notebook 11 still work with office 2016 or does it still bring up the vba error?

Interesting points. We're looking to move to Windows 10, Office 2016 but with keeping SMART Notebook 11.4 - I didn't even know this was an issue. I'll have to do some testing. Thanks

How did you manage that! Very jealous.
