DCUK6 Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Anyone got Destiny 2 on the Xbox ONE? Started the game last night, pretty much Destiny 1 but still love it. Football pitch in the Farm is a bit of fun, played a really good game the other day but lost connection when the score was 2/2. PITA!! Currently level 5 but a long weekend ahead will sort that. If any other newbies want to team up then im game. Completed the radio amplifier activity, and destroyed the signal blockers.

flyinghaggis Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 (edited) PC for me as well. I've played the beta on both PS4 and pc. It looks so much better graphically on PC plus mouse aiming is obviously the way to go. I had the original on PlayStation and just couldn't get on with the controls. I have, I found the water wheel part by accident and then looked up what I had started. Hopefully BT will be less awful and I can actually connect to the internet for more than a minute at a time this weekend. Since Tuesday I have been getting withdrawal symptoms.
DCUK6 Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 Last time played i kept spawning in 30 seconds later i got the badger (or whatever code) code and it respawned me back in again at the start. After this happening 15-20 times i turned it off and went to bed, was close to next level so had to keep going.
DCUK6 Posted September 16, 2017 Author Posted September 16, 2017 Added you iDave. Not sure if you get a friend request. Reached level 20 last night and did a few pub events. Have to say I love the legendary sword! Can do the drill pub event solo I found out with the roster being empty 90% of the time. Now the grind to get the power up and to finish the story. Manage to defeat that big character (can't remember name) at LVL 16-17. That was a tough battle with lower weapons but brilliant fun as it was hard.

Just hit power level 293, halfway through the raid and almost went flawless on Trials of the Nine last night. Definitely keen to find a decent group to raid with if people are up for it

Had a good night though with the roster, when going to different places there was always people in my session so got a few public events going. There was a update so wonder if they changed how often you join sessions with others.

Yeah, I think lack of population for public events was one of the bigger complaints in an otherwise smooth launch - so I wouldn't be surprised if they patched it. On the plus-side though, I've gotten used to solo-ing most of the Heroic public events (except for the Injection Rig, those ones are nails)

The rig always seems to get people though Fast travelling works, you can tell if its worked before it fully loads by listening, if you get the thud landing sound and then it loads for a few more seconds then your on with others, Dont even look around now. Lvl 256 with the items i like.

Planning on attempting Nightfall tonight with the clan i just joined. Realized the other night that the best gear you can get from normal strikes is 265 so gotta start doing the harder stuff. After doing a few strikes i was cursing as i was stuck at the same level and couldnt work it out. Did the weekly clan xp challenge in one night so got that reward, nightfall tonight hopefully. CHSGM Posted December 16, 2017 Posted December 16, 2017 Played it for the first month, completed the Raid and haven't played since. Content dried up fast and don't think I'll be getting the DLC. If you have a lot of friends also playing, its fun, but idly waiting for PE's to begin will slowly wear you down. Seen it for sale at around £20 on eBay, which ain't bad. Fortnite is my go-to atm 1
