  3. About 12 months ago. At the time of setup, they didn't account for this as there was no additional protocols in place.
  4. Not sure if it relates, but when I implemented DMARC, we immediately noticed issues with PSF. When I spoke to their support, they confirmed it was an issue on their side: "I have taken a look into your emailing suite settings and I believe there are emails failing authentication due to your suppliers' settings. The current SMTP server that your remittance emailer is running from does not support SPF DKIM and DMARC email authentication processes. Therefore, my proposal would be to move you over to our SMTP2 server, which is tried and tested and supports email authentication." Following their changes, everything was working as expected.
  5. We are currently using Assembly Pro as we have a mixed economy of SIMS and Arbor schools. Like most of the above, the data is brought into PowerBi

  7. Yep. My home broadband got the same and a few sites within out Trust also reported issues this morning. Last 5-10 mins it's seemingly steadied out but downdetector also had a lot of reported outages overnight
  8. This would be based at Co-op Academy Manchester - https://www.coopacademies.co.uk/vacancies/it-network-manager-2/ There's multiple roles up for advert at the moment, so I'll let HR know to correct the posts. I work within the Trust, so if you do have any questions, fire me a PM and I'm happy to answer.
  9. Currently trialing Senso Cloud (enterprise cloud). So far, I've been really impressed. Can potentially replace a few different solutions we currently have in place (Impero, Smoothwall Monitor)
  10. Play Crysis on Ultra
  11. In placed our 16 install to 22 and it went absolutely fine.
  12. CPOMS down for anyone else?
  13. Yeah, I just used the add-AppxProvisionedPackage cmdlet when using DISM on the wim. I somewhat think our deployment straight from SCCM worked as well *When selecting the 'Provision the application for all user on the device'* but roaming profiles were being troublesome when testing at the time.
  14. I used https://store.rg-adguard.net/ and downloaded the necessary appxpackages from there directly, then imported them into SCCM. Due to roaming profiles for students, this did not work even after installing. Following removal of their roaming profile and delprof to local machines, now seems to work absolutely fine. Also updated our 21H1 wim and injected the appx packages directly into that to make life somewhat easier. If you need the files, I've uploaded them here
  15. + 1 for Zabbix. Get alert emails straight to helpdesk for things as routine as critical services on hosts not running, downtime alerts, etc.
  16. Appears to have been fixed now. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/remote-desktop-version-10216460-will-not-connect/26b65415-a522-4f73-8a01-63da66e81750?page=5&rtAction=1611153211610
  17. Has anybody else been experiencing issues with the Microsoft Store RD app? It looks like following version update a few days ago, it is no longer working for our end users who are attempting to remote in. 18. Thank you for the PM notifying me! What a great way to finish the term
  19. Doesn't directly answer your question, but upon being introduced to it for the first time, I thought I also needed some form of support or training. Instead, I just went away and did a lot of research using material on Youtube (this guy is especially helpful) and https://www.prajwaldesai.com/ Realised it isn't at scary as it all looks at first glance.
  20. I had an issue surrounding Xporter that was logged over a month ago. I never heard anything back after constant emails requesting updates. In the end, I had to go back to CPOMS informing them of this. Apparently, they can internally escalate any issues that have landed in Groupcall's Helpdesk. After that, Groupcall were in touch less than 12 hours later and immediately resolved the issue. Makes you wonder.
  21. Hi Joe, We are having this issue as well. Have you happened to find a fix?
  22. Passed my Fundamentals the other week. I highly recommend using Whizlabs - the practice exams questions are almost identical to that of the actual exam.
  23. I've only just seen this! That's brilliant. I'll send over my details in a moment
  24. I decided to make my own using Google Sites as we are already using G-Suite. We can now incorporate Google Drive and Classrooms within, works really well.
