Yet we have bright blue skies this morning, far better than most of August brought! Definitely getting colder in the evenings though.

It felt positively autumnal this morning.

 

Glorious clear skies and crisp, cool air.

 

Driving down into the Ribble valley this morning I ran into a lovely dense fog patch. Summer up here has been patchy at best so I'm looking forward to the Autumn.

Must had missed [summer] it! Didn't know it had even started, and finished! Although like previous year(s), September appears to be the new Summer...
