Over priced those beer places. Marks and Spencer do a cracking range, but many supermarkets are now stocking a lot of beers.

Most supermarkets now stock a brilliant range of real ales - plus, there are often CAMRA beer festivals around the country for you to try a range.

There is also an app you can load on your phone (think Pokemon Go - but for drunk people) called "untappd", where you can rate, compare and see what other people like.

Pretty sure you can't buy these in supermarkets... I'll post an update when I've got them and if they are sold in supermarkets! Gonna get them in time for my camping trip. Always need a few beers before sleeping on the ground.

Ah - beers from Estonia (this time round). That'll explain that then.

To be fair breweries are often trying to get their tipple into as many shops as possible - I'm sure Marks & Sparks have recently signed a deal with a Scottish Distributer as they've recently expanded their stock with quite a few Scots breweries (Including the rather wonderful "Fierce Brewery" - just try their Cranachan Killer).

I'm in the midlands - so we're quite well off for breweries round here. If you like Blonde Witch, try Falstaff's Smiling Assassin - a rather aptly named beer.

I do love a good dark ale. Give me a pint of a porter or a stout and I'm a very happy man.

Living in Leeds I'm spoilt for choice from the local breweries, Kirkstall, Leeds, Ossett, Northern monk, Shipley, Ilkley, North, the list keeps growing.

A pint of Leeds Breweries Midnight Bell, in the Midnight Bell pub takes some beating.
