Parents Evening System - Online Parents Evening Booking Software

Is the one we use. My office staff like it and its easy to use.

dont have any issues that they call me for anyway :-)

Starting to see a pattern?

Guess what we use? And the local secondary that my kids attend. Works well as a parent, admin and teacher.

Great product, great support, nice people.

We use PES too, we have a PE tonight too!

As an admin it is easy to use providing your classes are set up right and your data in SIMs is accurate. For parents to log in they need to match their child's name and DOB as it appears in the MIS. Issues for us came when the DOB is wrong, parents can't login or when the surname is incorrect. A recent one for me had two spaces in a double surname....took some testing that.

The system can be set so parents have to have a gap between appointments, the downside to the system is when teachers overrun or don't see people in order....it means everything falls out of place.

We use TASC but if I did it again I would use PES.

The TASC system is always breaking or missing functionality in the parents evening bit. The rest is great.

Also it requires popups for some parent evening reports which isn't great design.

We use PES here too. Superb bit of software with really good support. Feedback from Parents is very positive too. Also feeds into Schoolcomms so you can text parents their first appointment details.

PES - really good, we all love it.

It took us a couple of evenings to get things ironed out with the sims data (really highlighted some issues with data entry accuracy!) but no issues after that.

Do they do the export as well?

Yes they do. We install the client on a couple of the admin machines and they have full control over the folder to update it, etc. Works really well and one less think to worry about
