What case were they for? (PS @DJ-1701 was looking though the pile of our dead computers for it)

If you can't find any - get some defunct floppy drives from somewhere and put them in - obviously don't connect them

Looking at the prices of floppy drive blanking plates on eBay, you'd be better off replacing them with 3.5" card readers. (Or if you have a DT department see if they can knock something up).
