My school is looking at a tool to manage the performance management process and are interested in The most comprehensive and widely used online performance management solution for schools. - BlueSky Education Is there anyone out there using it, ideally in the West Yorks area, that we could talk to for an independent perspective?

We used it for a few years and it was generally hated by all. Confusing, expensive and generally a waste of time. We have replicated the functionality we want using Google Sites, Sheets, Docs and a few addons (Autocrat and Copydown) (we are Google Apps School) - simple to use and free.

I've sat in a couple of webinars with my headteacher - we've found it clunky and don't feel our staff would use it so we didn't bother making the purchase.

Our school have been through about 4 different systems, currently on Bluesky but as always they are never really suited to support staff!

We were going to look at Blue Sky but then a leaflet came through regarding Sisra observe. I think they are all clunky as each other. There is another one called SchoolIP which looks at everyone. I think Blue Sky and Sisra are aimed at teachers teachers rather than support. I mean, who are we to the school? 2nd class arent we?? It gets my back up all the time.

We used to use it. We paid for a whole year and it lasted 1 term before the teaching staff revolted. It never worked for support staff anyway.
