IT Staff Contracts

Please select ONE option against network manager, and ONE option against IT Technicians

 

To get an overview of how IT staff are contracted in other educations establishments, please could you complete this short poll for me, so I can get as many responses as possible and hopefully get some backing evidence.

My contract is as a part time teacher - but I work as a part time tech and some time teacher when wanted

I appreciate your response, although I'm not aware I edit the Poll now? However, the survey results do need to be based on those employees that are directly employed either as Network Manager or IT Technician.

Lots of part-time techs also have a "plus X floating weeks in the hols" in their contracts, the exact timing of which are negotiated according to need.

Director of ICT - Full Time

Network Manager - Term Time Only

IT Apprentice - Term Time Only

ANd if you're the loan IT Tech/Network Manager... doesn't really make sense for that either. Many are on Term Time Plus... I will have a look to see if I can edit the poll.

I had a pen icon right up next to the poll whi h enabled me to edit the poll. Not sure if that's because I have mod powers or whether the poll creator can do it too.
