kennysarmy Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 I'm doing SOLUS3 for the first time! I've got a few PC's that the notification software crashes on with this error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: sims.solus3.agent.ui.exe Problem Signature 02: 3.10.73.23 Problem Signature 03: 5630ad16 Problem Signature 04: Sims.Solus3.Agent.UI Problem Signature 05: 3.10.73.23 Problem Signature 06: 5630ad16 Problem Signature 07: e5 Problem Signature 08: 88 Problem Signature 09: System.BadImageFormatException OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 2057 Additional Information 1: c370 Additional Information 2: c370a2eed79fdc1022744e283062faed Additional Information 3: 0549 Additional Information 4: 0549924d2059a594dafed517e222b73c Read our privacy statement online: Windows 7 Privacy Statement - Microsoft Windows If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt It only crashed when you click the "Check for Update" option. A reinstall does not seem to solve the problem.... Any ideas?

Meldrew Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 Also tried MSCONFIG and only starting the SOLUS service - still crashes and removing all STARTUP entries - still crashes! I'd check .NET 3.5 and 4 installed on these PCs okay. Maybe try a .NET repair. HTH, Meldrew.
