Hi Guys,

I'm looking around for a new supplier for all our Apple stuff since our current one doesn't seem to be able to add our purchases to DEP, making deployment really awkward.

Who are you guys going with nowadays? I don't think we make enough purchases to go direct to Apple but maybe someone else has experience with this?

DEP support is a must!

Cheers :)

Glad its not just me that has trouble with getting devices into DEP.

So, for those that have recommended GMB, do they get the devices enrolled in a timely fashion?

Thanks guys I'll get in contact and see if they can do it.

I'm really annoyed about this to be honest, I have 40-50 odd iPads in our school that I can't enroll in DEP now

Yes very quick at DEP, i have also had my account manager come a few times a year and they can feedback to Apple school specific problems. These people will regularly meet with Apple at Apple HQ in London. Its your best route for support.

We've dealt extensively with Jigsaw over the last few years. They always provide good, knowledgeable service and would be able to assist you with DEP. They're a good friend to have if you need an answer to a Mac related question too.

Misco. iPads are delivered next day and their DEP enrolment has been quick enough. They also enrolled iPads that we purchased from them before the DEP became available.

Using Solutions Inc at the moment but have also used Tramscom, both good with DEP enrolment.

I took a faulty iPad into an Apple store a while back and asked for the replacement to be enrolled in DEP, I was told no at the time and carried on anyway however I've since found that the replacement has been added into DEP for me, I get the impression this is now an automatic service.

I've been told any device can be added to DEP as long as there is a trail of transactions such as receipts to use as proof. Your supplier should then be able to go to the GSX portal and add it.
