Not ical, we get two feed options: http://training.isams.co.uk/system/api/feeds/calendar.ashx or http://training.isams.co.uk/system/api/feeds/calendar_rss.ashx The bit i'm struggling with is finding a plugin/extension for either platform that can make use of the live feed URL to display as a calendar.

Is the 'UpgradeTool' still required? I've been given some firmware for our Clevertouch and was told to copy the files over to a Fat32 stick and then plug into board etc. However, the firmware didn't install.

We currently have the same issue, and I am in the process of providing logs etc. Interested to hear anyone else's thoughts on this.

Hi Ken We did have a similar issue with some of our Parent accounts, however, I'm not sure the issue was to do with different email addresses (it may have been, this was a while ago!). Firstly to log in to CHQ our Parents/staff have a 'iSAMS' logo next to the CHQ username and password box, they click, go to our iSAMS login screen, login and then get redirected back into CHQ. Is this how your SSO works? Secondly, the issue we had was the 'Parents' contact in Pupil Manager was not set as the Pupils home address (tick box), we had to go through and mark the records as the pupils home address and then after the next sync they were able to login. Could this be your issue? Without checking I'm sure we may have some parents with different email addresses.

Hi, Some of our Class Teams seem to have had the 'Class Materials' read-only folder deleted. So when you go into Files the folder is no longer there. When going in via Sharepoint, I can still access the folder and it's contents in the left hand menu. Any idea how to reinstate the folder into the Files section so Staff/Students can access it again through Teams?
