Helllo Everyone.

Is there a way to allow a user to only log into a single computer at a time? (for example, user John can log into any pc, but only one at a time)

I'm running Server 2012r2 and Windows 7

Thanks in advance!

Have a look at these threads:

I was using the script approach [Link 1] when we had XP. It worked well enough but needed a bit of TLC from time to time.

Not sure if either approach will work on Windows 7. Haven't tried it on our current network as we have Impero now.

Aweful trouble here with locked accounts when I first started, we dished out a workstation policy to restart the PC's at 10 o'Clock at night and get a lot less issues now.

People used to log in the day before, leave themselves logged in then change password.
