Re-detect a USB device without Unplugging and Replugging

I use the vysor beta software to view and use my android phone from my windows 7 desktop.

 

Occassionally thought the software will stop working and the only way to get it working again is to unplug and replug in my phone via the USB lead and then switch from USB mode charging to PTP mode on the phone.

 

Is there a way to Re-detect a USB device without Unplugging and Replugging in again?

You could try Scanning for hardware changes in Device Manager, not sure if this could be scripted
