That's a kissing gate, not a stile! Perhaps it's a reaction to Covid to minimise transmission - sort of no-kissing gate. Either that, or the locals have an odd gait when approaching.

but if there was another gate that would make 2 gates - so it wouldn't be an odd gate

(just checks thread

Yup - should be OK)

...all the ports on one side of it were full of it. I hate bananas the smell invokes a gagging response...

They really slipped up there!

Oh. Not THAT gag response.

If @witch changes her mind about a spell, does that mean one becomes defrogged?

Clearly there is only one answer - it's unamphibious!

We had 4 sheds, my dad's tools, one for 6 bikes, 1 for gardening stuff, and 1 for a mobility scooter. And then a car port for 2 cars.

Weird thing was the house was also full, and the loft.

There is a shed Thread which is annoying thing as i still havent found any spare insulation so its warmer in mine.

That thread has shed all the sheds!

 :p

One of our hedgehogs is nesting, but she doesn’t seem to have decided where. She was back and forward for about an hour between us, next door and the garden behind us.

Spiders keep dropping on me.

I don't really mind spiders, they don't really bother me, but still, having them dropping on you randomly is not fun.

Last week I had one drop on me while I was driving. This morning I had another one (different spider) drop on me while I was driving again and then just had another one drop off the ceiling and land on my hand as I was reaching for my drink.

At this point I can only conclude the universe is just trying to mess with me. Either that or I have developed the worst superpower ever (that's not what 6 year old me meant when he wished he was Spiderman).

With all these spiders around you, anywhere you go will be a no fly zone!

my wife screamed the other day

so I had to kill the spider with my shoe

how a spider managed to run off with my shoe I just don't know!

slightly off topic

but has anyone noticed a tendency for some people on here to be obtuse on occasion????

asking for a fiend

It's an acute reflex!

oooooooooo

who was awake in maths lessons then!!!

I assume it wasn't a protracted lesson

You don't need to have been especially good at maths. I wouldn't have said that knowing about obtuse and acute angles was exactly degree-level knowledge.

Wow! That level of confusion is hard to swallow!

True, but it might not be so you have to be careful, it is not so 'artichoke!
