Depending on how fast it updates, and how much the data changes... I may be able to help out.

 

Need to test out whether Hypersnap works first, then I should be able to install Capsa and make a gif.

I've currently got screen capture running [1 image every 15 seconds] I'll have to crop it a bit to single out the network traffic...

Install Rainmeter and a suitable skin. I'm currently using some of SysInfo, but there are loads of others to sort all sorts of tastes.

Would include a screenshot, but having Win10 problems so using my tablet ATM.

 

Edit: Rainmeter @ home - only installed these skins this week, some tweaking needed.

There is also mtrg which is more geared to the collection and display of performance stats than nagios.

Smoothwall shows traffic movement graphs... Ok, it's edge traffic rather than core, but it's something.

You're right, I could and I plan to have something setup soon but might have to wait until holiday time for me to get a chance to sit down and get something working. In the meantime I have a web page showing our room booking info on half the screen, the animated gif posted above and the output of a powershell script that checks the uptime of servers showing on the other half of the screen.
