Is the VPP Store down?

This morning I am trying to log in to the VPP for Education store (https://volume.itunes.apple.com/gb/store) and when I click sign in, I get taken to https://buy.itunes.apple.com/financeOverflow.xml and get either "frostycup=1" or "http1.1 service unavailable".

 

Anyone else getting this error?

Glad it's not working for others. Where are you residing to access it from? It might be nice to eliminate it being a problem with the school's broadband network where I am.

Can confirm not working here. Non LEA internet, Berkshire.

Non-LEA provided connection, so not a school's broadband issue.

i cant even connect an apple id up to an ipad currently...

Same here, found out when I tried associating and pushing apps to our Year 4 iPads.

Maybe something to do with that.

Just to let you know Apple have a problem with their public server and after calling them they advised it should be back up and working by tomorrow.

Back up and running, just pushed apps on to our Year 4 iPads.

Update: back on now again....
