"These are nothing like the zombies you've seen in movies.. A shot to the head does nothing but anger them. A shot to the heart will put them down - temporarily." They do dress it up a little so the safety brief isn't ruining the immersion.. But to be honest if you're running around an abandoned hospital with airsoft rifles, one would hope you're already aware of safety, and not to aim for someone's head. You do get given eye protection, though. Which is nice.
